Founded in 1994 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, ZhongWang Fabric Co., Ltd. is a leading benchmark enterprise in China’s upholstery fabric industry. With over three decades of expertise in home textile fabrics, the company is dedicated to “decorating the world with fabric and influencing the world through fabric.” Its core business covers the R&D, design, production and sales of mid- to high-end decorative fabrics and finished products. Its products are widely used in indoor sofas, outdoor furniture, RV furniture, pet products and other home furnishing applications. ZhongWang Fabric has completed its transformation from a manufacturer into an integrated service provider.

自成立之初,众望布艺便确立了国际化的发展视野,2003年起正式服务国际家具品牌,迈出全球化发展的第一步。凭借过硬的产品实力,企业先后与Ashley、La-Z-Boy等全球家具龙头品牌达成深度合作,逐步夯实国际市场基础。

2011年,企业在美国北卡罗来纳州家具重镇高点市设立全资子公司Z-WOVENS,组建由美国本土顶尖设计、销售、技术人才构成的专业团队,正式开启本土化运营布局。

2023年12月,企业在越南设立全资子公司沃驰越南,投建年产800万米高档功能性面料项目,实现从产品出口向产能与品牌双出海的战略升级。发展至今,企业先后获评国家高新技术企业、浙江名牌产品、浙江省著名商标、浙江省绿色企业、浙江省企业技术中心、余杭区领军标杆企业及余杭区政府质量奖等多项荣誉资质。

Since its inception, ZhongWang Fabric has established an international development vision. In 2003, it officially began to serve international furniture brands, taking the first step in its globalization journey. With strong product capabilities, the enterprise has successively established in-depth cooperation with world-leading furniture brands including Ashley and La-Z-Boy, gradually consolidating its foundation in the international market.

In 2011, the enterprise set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Z-WOVENS in High Point, a core furniture hub in North Carolina, USA, and built a professional team composed of top local American design, sales and technical talents, officially launching its localized operation layout.

In December 2023, the enterprise established a wholly-owned subsidiary WoChi Vietnam in Vietnam, and invested in the construction of a high-grade functional fabric project with an annual output of 8 million meters, realizing the strategic upgrading from product export to dual overseas layout of both production capacity and brand. Up to now, the enterprise has been granted many honorary qualifications including National High-Tech Enterprise, Zhejiang Brand Product, Zhejiang Famous Trademark, Zhejiang Green Enterprise, Zhejiang Enterprise Technology Center, Yuhang District Leading and Benchmarking Enterprise, and Quality Award of Yuhang District Government.

After more than 20 years of deep cultivation, ZhongWang Fabric has built a global layout system of "China + Vietnam dual production bases + US localized operation center". Among them, Z-WOVENS, the subsidiary in High Point, USA, has built multiple core brands including Z-WOVENS, SunBelievable and NeverFear in the North American market, and become one of the leading sofa fabric suppliers in the US furniture market. The Vietnam production base effectively avoids trade risks in a single market and realizes flexible allocation of global orders. The headquarters base in China has built a "Future Factory" of Zhejiang Province, forming a full industrial chain intelligent manufacturing system from spinning to finished products, providing stable production capacity and delivery support for the global market.

At the same time, the enterprise has established a deeply integrated domestic and foreign trade coordination mechanism, realizing the global operation of "one standard, two bases": the mature design and technology verified in the international market are quickly introduced into the domestic market, and the advanced experience of domestic intelligent manufacturing is simultaneously copied to overseas bases. This two-way empowerment effectively hedges the cyclical risks of a single market and greatly improves the business resilience of the enterprise.

At the 57th CIFF Guangzhou, ZhongWang Fabric presented its showcase around the idea of “fabric as expression,” highlighting texture, tactility, colour and spatial adaptability. The presentation went beyond a conventional product display, using fabric samples, setting-based applications and on-site conversations to show how textiles can shape home design and connect comfortable living with global markets.

Through the fair, ZhongWang Fabric further strengthened communication with customers, designers and partners, while making its global layout - China and Vietnam production bases plus a localized US operation center - more tangible in an exhibition setting. Looking ahead, ZhongWang will continue to build on fabric design and intelligent manufacturing, expanding the role of home textiles in more living and commercial scenarios and working with global customers toward long-term sustainable growth.
