Welcome to Yunsen Wang (the “Platform”), operated by Yunsen Intelligence (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website and all related services, including product search, supplier directory, inquiry, quotation and communication functions.
By visiting, registering, browsing or submitting inquiries on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.
1. Definitions
- Buyer: any user searching for industrial equipment, sending inquiries or requesting quotations.
- Supplier: any user or company that publishes product information, receives inquiries and provides equipment supply services on the Platform.
- Content: product descriptions, images, specifications, videos, company profiles, prices, inquiry messages and other materials posted by users or us.
2. Platform Role
Yunsen Wang is a B2B vertical search platform only.
We are NOT the manufacturer, seller, importer or agent of any machinery or equipment listed on the Platform.
We do not participate in, control or guarantee any sales contract, payment, delivery, quality inspection, after-sales service or transaction terms between Buyers and Suppliers. Our function is only to display information, connect buyers and suppliers, and facilitate communication.
All transaction negotiations, contracts, payments and delivery arrangements are made directly between the Buyer and the Supplier.
3. User Eligibility
You confirm that:
(a) You are at least 18 years old or have the authority of a legal business entity;
(b) You have the right and capacity to enter into commercial inquiries and transactions;
(c) You will not use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
Our Platform is for industrial B2B business only, not for consumer retail.
4. Supplier Obligations
If you register as a Supplier and publish content:
(a) You warrant that all product information, pictures, specifications, certifications, company qualifications you post is true, accurate and not misleading;
(b) You own or have authorization for all intellectual property rights of the content you upload;
(c) You shall not post counterfeit, infringing, illegal or harmful products;
(d) You shall respond to buyer inquiries in good faith;
(e) You shall not use the Platform to send mass spam, unrelated advertising or malicious links;
(f) You are solely responsible for product quality, delivery, warranty, after-sales and all liabilities arising from your sales.
We reserve the right to review, edit, hide or remove any published content at any time, and suspend or terminate supplier accounts for violation of these Terms.
5. Buyer Obligations
As a Buyer, you agree:
(a) All inquiry information you submit is genuine;
(b) You will not send false inquiries, harass suppliers, or abuse the consultation function;
(c) You independently evaluate suppliers, verify qualifications, check product quality and negotiate transaction terms before placing an order;
(d) We are not liable for any loss, dispute or quality problem between you and the supplier.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
(a) All original text, logos, website design, program code, layout and search system of Yunsen Wang belong to Yunsen Intelligence. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute or commercially use them without our written permission.
(b) Suppliers retain intellectual property rights to their own product content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index and promote such content on the Platform for B2B matching purposes.
(c) You may not copy, download or republish other users’ commercial content without permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must NOT:
- Hack, disrupt, overload or attack the Platform;
- Use crawlers, automated scripts to bulk collect platform data without our written authorization;
- Post defamatory, pornographic, violent, illegal, discriminatory content;
- Infringe trademarks, patents, copyrights or other third-party rights;
- Impersonate another company or person;
- Circumvent platform functions, cookie controls or access restrictions;
- Use the platform for money laundering, tax evasion or other illegal trades.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
We do not guarantee the authenticity, reliability, credit status, production capacity or product quality of any supplier or product displayed.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
We shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any buyer-supplier transaction.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) within the latest 12 months.
10. Third-party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party supplier websites, trade show websites or other external sites. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for those third-party websites and their content or privacy practices.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or permanently disable your access, remove your content or close your account immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or cause risk to the Platform or other users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [People’s Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan].
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in [Dalian, Liaoning] for resolution.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
